Billing: Fees are billed in accordance with the Subscription Agreement based on the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in the Subscription Agreement.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew in accordance with the Subscription Agreement unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions by following the cancellation process outlined in their account settings. Cancellations take effect in accordance with the Subscription Agreement.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. SpeedyDD is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the payment processor.
Changes to Pricing: SpeedyDD reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription plans. Any changes will be communicated in advance in accordance with the Subscription Agreement, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
