What challenge made you seek out SpeedyDD?
“When I onboard companies, I collect a large number of documents and details. I need passports, company certificates, shareholder information, beneficial owner details, registered addresses, tax numbers, everything that forms part of the corporate record.”

“I might know the information exists somewhere, but actually locating it quickly is another matter. If I need to confirm a shareholder, a registered address, or a VAT number, I could end up opening several documents just to find the right detail.”

What was your process before SpeedyDD and how did it affect your day to day work?
“A lot of my time was spent going through documents to find information.”
Client records were stored, but not always in a way that made them easy to retrieve. Important details such as shareholder information or registered company data were typically embedded inside documents rather than structured within a central system.
“It wasn’t that the information wasn’t available, it was just spread across documents, which meant I had to open multiple files to build the full picture of a client.”
As the number of clients increased, this process became harder to manage. Each new company meant another collection of documents to organize and reference.

“If I need to check company information, it is there immediately. I do not need to go through several documents to find it.”
Another improvement has been how document renewals are tracked.
“In previous roles, reminders for things like passport renewals or utility bill updates were often tracked manually in spreadsheets. Now the system keeps track of expiry dates and sends notifications when something needs to be updated.”

“The internal signing system is very useful. If I have multiple shareholders who need to sign the same document, I can send it through SpeedyDD and collect the signatures much faster.”
